The Acting Regent of Kampar officially inaugurated the Peputra Kampar Industrial Area, located in Desa Baru, Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency. This 189-hectare industrial area is poised to become the largest industrial and warehousing hub in Riau Province. The presence of this area is a strategic step to strengthen the regional economy, open investment opportunities, and create job opportunities for the local community.

The Peputra Kampar Industrial Area is designed as an integrated economic activity center that will accommodate various business sectors, ranging from manufacturing and logistics to other supporting facilities. With adequate infrastructure and a strategic location, this area is expected to attract investor interest, accelerate the distribution of goods and services, and strengthen the industrial supply chain in Riau.

In his speech, the Acting Regent of Kampar conveyed that the inauguration of this area is a form of the local government’s commitment to making Kampar one of the economic pillars of Riau.
